Weigh the Waste is a fun and interactive event designed to engage students in understanding the impact of food waste. You will see firsthand how much food goes to waste during a meal period and contribute to finding solutions to minimize food waste on campus.  Weigh The Waste will be conducted in Ripich Commons each Wednesday dinner period for the month of April.  Bring a clean plate to the dish-return and get a chance to win a great prize.  Parkhurst will donate food to a local food bank in the same quantity that is diverted from waste.
