Andy Rosen and his sculpture class have display at SPACE Gallery

Adjunct Professor, Andy Rosen and his sculpture class have been invited to create a window installation at in Portland (538 Congress Street).  This exciting opportunity exposes the students to the full, behind-the-scenes process of an exhibition experience.  The sculpture class will assist Rosen in creating a work inspired by old whaling folklore set in a contemporary (miniature) aquarium. The installation will be on display for a month, starting with its debut at the First Friday ArtWalk, Friday May 7th. A portion of the exhibition was made possible with funds from a Good Idea Grant awarded to Rosen by the Maine Arts Commission.
