Jane O'Brien and OT Students take part in FUN program at Waterboro Elementary School

Hannaford Brothers Inc. has once again sponsored the nutritional portion of the Fitness, yoU, and Nutrition (FUN) program, an after school program for 3rd and 4th graders at Waterboro Elementary School. The FUN program, developed by Dr. Jane O'Brien and graduate OT students (Courtney Craib, Lindsey Holmes, Loren LePage, Kira Keogh, Erin O'Brien) targets children's habits and volition as ways to improve overall health. The program is in it's second year and OT students Anna Welch, Nicole Kerrigan, Kaylin Regula, and Gwen Duren are running the program as well as Exercise Science students, Rebecca Varney and Chelsea Smith.
