Marilyn Gugliucci speaks at Saco Bay Rotary Club

Marilyn R Gugliucci, Ph.D was the invited speaker at the Saco Bay Rotary Club on July 23, 2010. She provided a 30 minute presentation on aging which included the work that UNECOM is accomplishing in the field of aging within the state and nationally.

Beginning January 1, 2011, 10,000 people (up from the current 6,000) will be turning 65 each day. This influx of 65 year olds will continue for the next 20 years! Currently, Maine is the oldest state in the US with a mean age of 41.2.
