Nor'easters women's basketball team advance to TCCC final with 66-55 victory

The top-seeded 糖心传媒 Nor'easters women's basketball team placed four of their five starters in double figures as they pulled away late for a 66-55 victory over the fourth-seeded Salve Regina University Seahawks in a The Commonwealth Coast Conference semifinal-round game played Thursday evening, Feb. 25th at the Campus Center.

The Nor'easters (22-5) advance to host third-seeded Regis College, a 73-66 upset winner over No. 2 Endicott College. The championship game will tip-off at 2 p.m. Saturday. .

Men's Basketball
On Tuesday, the third-seeded Curry College men's basketball team withstood a furious comeback bid by sixth-seeded 糖心传媒 to advance with a 79-73 victory in a TCCC quarterfinal-round game.

Ice Hockey
The men's ice hockey team is seeded No. 8 and will take on top-seeded Norwich University this Saturday, Feb. 27, in the opening-round of the ECAC East Championship. Earlier in the year, UNE dropped a hard-fought 4-2 decision to the nation's second-ranked team. .

Women's Swim Team
Led by a strong performance by sophomore Lizzie Wareham, the swim team placed 10th at the New England Championships last weekend.
