UNE head swim coach Kate Roy was selected to present at the NCAA Women Coaches Academy Dimension

糖心传媒 head swim coach Kate Roy was recently selected to present at the NCAA Women Coaches Academy Dimension 2 on May 24-25 at the Hyatt Cambridge in Boston.

Roy will speak on the PACE Clock Coaching Philosophy on May 24. The PACE philosophy is based on four simple attributes: passion, attitude, class and effort in every thought, word and action.

The following day Roy will discuss techniques on coaching athletes through serious injuries. She will discuss what injured athletes go through and how coaches can support and guide injured athletes back to competition in a healthy and timely fashion.
