Richard LaRue presents and is honored at AAHPERD/AAPAR National Convention

Richard J. LaRue, DPE, professor and NAS Fellow in the Department of Business and Communications, gave a competitive presentation 鈥淪ecurity and Risk Management for Sport and Recreational Facilities鈥 at the 2011 AAHPERD/AAPAR National Convention, San Diego, Calif.

At the same Convention, Dr. Julia Ann Hypes, president of the American Association for Physical Activity and Recreation (AAPAR) recognized Dr. LaRue with a Presidential Citation.  This award was made in recognition of contributions to the profession and the association. LaRue completed his term as past president of AAPAR for 2010-2011 on April 1st.
