UNE College of Pharmacy students participate in the Maine Pharmacy Association Day

UNE College of Pharmacy students participated in the Maine Pharmacy Association Day at the state鈥檚 capital on April 27.  Students Heather League, Alexandra Malinowski, Brandon Dionne, Emily Bourret, Jessie Yang and Jennie Chu met with state legislators to inform them on the role pharmacists can play in medication therapy management, drug take-back programs and public health as well as to share their various student outreach and professional activities.  In the photo, Jessie Yang shakes hands with Governor Paul LePage.  College of Pharmacy Dean Gayle Brazeau, in photo at far right, also attended along with faculty including Dr. Cyr, Professor Morrissette and Dr. McCall.
