Rebecca Boulos and Anne-Marie Davee present at the College of Dental Medicine Foundations of Patient Care 5 course

On Monday, March 2, Anne-Marie Davee, M.S., R.D., L.D., SNAP-Ed senior nutrition program coordinator, and Rebecca Boulos, M.P.H., Ph.D., assistant clinical professor for the School of Community and Population Health, served as guest lecturers in the College of Dental Medicine鈥檚 Foundations of Patient Care 5 course.

Davee and Boulos led an interactive presentation about the relationship between nutrition and dental health, the latest Dietary Guidelines for Americans and how to use the socio-ecological model, systems science, and motivational interviewing to guide healthy behavior changes at the patient and community levels.
