Lara Carlson nominated for 2016 Educator of the Year Award

Lara Carlson, DPE., F.A.C.S.M., C.S.C.S. , associate professor in the Department of Physical Therapy and the Center for Excellence in the Neurosciences has been nominated for the 2016 National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Educator of the Year Award.

This award is given to an educator who has made noteworthy contributions to the teaching and clinical application in the field of strength training and conditioning, and exercise and sport science. The award will be presented at the annual NSCA National Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana July 6-9, 2016.
